It will also include practical insights and real anecdotes from the speaker’s own legal journey.

About the Speaker
Adv. Shachi Kothari is a New Delhi-based advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, tribunals and commissions. With around five years of practice, her areas of work include commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation, insolvency, regulatory and white-collar investigations, employment matters and criminal defence. She has also handled complex cross-border commercial disputes and represents clients across diverse industries.
