This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all paid courses, mentorship programs, webinars, workshops, masterclasses, and subscriptions purchased through taraju.info (“Taraju,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
1.1. Fees paid for any course, mentorship program, webinar, workshop, masterclass, or subscription on this platform are non-refundable, except where expressly stated otherwise for a specific course at the time of purchase, or where required under applicable consumer protection law.
1.2. All sales are considered final upon successful payment. We do not provide refunds or credits for courses or programs that are purchased but not accessed, partially accessed, or not completed by the User.
2. Non-Transferability
2.1. Course and program enrollments are non-transferable and may not be assigned, gifted, resold, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances, unless explicitly permitted by Taraju in writing.
2.2. If you are unable to attend or complete a purchased course for any reason, the enrollment cannot be transferred to another person in your place.
3. Changes to Courses and Schedules
3.1. Taraju reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify the structure of, or change the faculty/speakers for any course, webinar, or program, at its discretion, without this constituting grounds for a refund.
3.2. In the rare event that Taraju cancels a paid course or program entirely without offering a suitable alternative, affected Users will be offered either a credit toward another course or a refund, at Taraju’s discretion.
4. Access to Recordings
Where course recordings are provided, access is available for the duration specified at the time of purchase (for example, 6 months/1 year/2 years, as applicable), commencing from the date the course begins. Access will lapse automatically at the end of this period, and no extension or refund will be provided on account of the User not utilizing the recordings within the specified period.
5. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same course due to a technical or payment gateway error, or if a payment is deducted from your account but enrollment is not confirmed, please write to us at contact.taraju@gmail.com with your payment reference details. Verified duplicate or failed-but-deducted payments will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Free Courses and Webinars
Courses, webinars, or resources offered free of charge are not subject to this Refund Policy, as no payment is collected.
7. How to Raise a Concern
